Beautiful views and great location near the seaside. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with big soft beds and a lovely bathroom. Plus, there was plenty of free tea and coffee in the reception area.
The attached restaurant was a big letdown. The quality of the food was poor and it affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for Christmas and loved the location, being just a few steps away from the beach and the beautiful architecture of the nearby landmarks. the staff were pleasant and accommodating, making the check, in process a breeze. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and a decent, sized bathroom. the breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of hot dishes and a friendly server.
Parking was a hassle, and the limited spots were already taken when we arrived. We had to park in the public car park nearby at our own expense.

This hotel is a real gem, situated right on the seafront in Whitley Bay. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the bay and lighthouse from the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my wife's wheelchair was accommodated for. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at just £9.50, which offered generous portions.
